Hiring is done completely separate from management teams so most of the time they have no idea what they are hiring you for and will just lie to you throughout the interview process. The culture is just horrible. People are afraid to talk to their managers and coworkers rarely help each other. Management constantly lies to you to try and keep you from leaving."

Finally had to chase the HR lady in CA down. She stated she would sent my offer over which I never received. 0 emails from her. 0 communications. Go ahead.. hire random people of the streets with no skills and pay them 10 bucks an hour. You are doomed with the contract !noneuseless"

They treat US citizens less than equal, don’t include in meetings and never pay out bonuses. When it’s time for review they literally make up false lies about your work so not to pay your bonus even thou you may have proof that say other wise."

Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) says"Began training here and the trainer was the most monotone and boring person ever. Training was torture to say the least. Call listening - I was paired with the most rude girl who was a similar age to me, she didn’t have anything to say to me and so I was forced to sit in an awkward silence. During my call listening, one member of staff (who was team leader I later found out) decided to sexually harass me in front of the other members of staff of course this was my last day at the job I decided to leave, and send an email regarding my experience with this company I had no reply or feed back Absolute disgrace"

They work with many sub companies in in India, I got contacted with one of them who proposed me to work for TCS, I signed the Job Offer with the salary written but after month of joining date I found that I got 5000$ gross salary less, still trying to figure out why this happened. Most of the employers are Indians, they don't care of your situation. Never deal with any Indian companies. This is what I got realized"
